Mazar-e-Shafrif (BNA) Unidentified gunmen assassinated a former jihadi commander in Mazar-e-Sharif last night.
Adel Shah Adel, spokesman for Balkh Police Command, told BNA that
the former jihadi commander was named Assadullah and was assassinated in Karta-Baba Yadegar, belonging to the fourth security district of Mazar-e-Sharif.
Two weeks ago, unidentified gunmen assassinated another jihadi commander in the same area.
